I help create this video production when I work with AMPOS Solutions Co., Ltd and looking after Product and Marketing department as part of our inbound marketing strategy. We believes when you deal with B2B customers, we don't just sell our product or services, but trustworthy.

The Concept

We believe the key to a good customer success story must be centered around the customer's use cases. So, we explore platform usage and list potential customers as candidates to talk to. It's our honor to have Vejthani Hospital onboard for this success story.

The Process

To request one to do something, we must respect their valuable time. So we work hard on our side to create the final image for this interview video.

No one invest without expecting ROI, either direct or indirect, so we center the story around Vejthani Hospital's business objectives and how they use AMPOS Culture Platform to help them boost their employee engagement and reflect their specific outcomes.

So we develop our interview framework and create a list of question for customer representatives to prepare before the production day.

Pre-production

Since the customer representative is really busy, they have requested us to conduct the production at their hospital. Therefore, we must scout for a room for the interview on their site.

Vejthani Hospital has plenty of beautiful locations that could be a good fit for a photoshoot. However, since we need to record a video, we must select a location where we can control light and sound perfectly.

Production

Since the last time we faced issues with high temperature on the Sony A7IV, we changed our method to using a capture card to record the video from the HDMI output and store it directly on my Mac Mini. The video recording was pretty smooth; we could record using S-Log at 60fps without any problems.

We believe we manage the customer time respectfully since our production time take less than 2 hours and their representative only on camera for under an hour.

Post-production

The post-production process takes a few days, including graphic design, video editing, and blog writing.
